Common questions
The sign-in email has not arrived
Look in your spam or junk folder — sign-in links often land there. Marking the message "not spam" helps the next one arrive properly. If it still does not come, email us and we will help.
Do I need an account?
No. The Holy Bible, the Agpeya, the Synaxarium, the Pascha book, the calendar and the translator all work without signing in. An account only keeps your notes, highlights and quiz progress so they follow you to another device.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the menu and choose Delete my account. It asks twice, then removes your account and everything saved with it — your notes, highlights, saved verses and quiz history. It cannot be undone.
Something in the text looks wrong
Please tell us the book, chapter and verse — or the prayer and the hour — and what you see. The texts are drawn from printed editions and we correct mistakes as we find them.
A church is missing or has moved
Send us the name and address and we will put it right in Find a Church.
